Volkswagen is now all set to launch the latest version of their luxury sedan, Volkswagen Passat by the second quarter of this year. This new Volkswagen Passat 2011, which belongs to the D+ Segment of the Indian automobile field will have a very new look with the new grille and headlamps. It's also clear that the overall styling and features of this new Volkswagen sedan has been improved.

This new Volkswagen Passat 2011 features a 1968cc, 4 Cylinder, CR TDi Diesel engine that will provide a maximum power of about 140 Bhp @ 4000 rpm and a maximum torque of about 326 Nm @ 2500 rpm. This new 2011 Passat with a six-speed manual transmission is expected to have a top-speed of about 209 kms. Nothing yet is mentioned about the mileage of this new luxury sedan.

This new luxury sedan, Volkswagen Passat 2011 is one of the most anticipated car models for this year and is expected to be priced around Rs 26 lakhs (ex-showroom Mumbai).

Volkswagen group have introduced their new sedan for the Indian automobile field in the C+ segment and is named as Volkswagen Vento.

This new Volkswagen Vento features a 1598cc, 4 Cylinder, 8 Valve Petrol engine which will produce a Maximum Power of 105 Bhp @ 5250 rpm and also a Maximum torque of 153 Nm @ 3800 rpm. This new Sedan will provide a mileage of around 12 in the cities and around 16 in the highway. This new Volkswagen Sedan, Vento features a Suspension struts, wishbone, Anti-roll bar Suspension in it.

This new Volkswagen Vento is also equipped with the 1.6 litre Diesel engine, also with an output of 105PS @ 4400 rpm and a Torque of 250 NM @ 1500-2500 rpm and has a fuel efficiency of 20.54 Km/l. It is also paired with a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic gear box.
